Terms and cancellations

  • To make a reservation please contact the Infocentre WW2 and send an email to [email protected].
  • Group packages can be booked for groups of at least 10, unless stated otherwise.
  • The sequence of programme modules can in some cases be tailored to your wishes.
  • In the Infocentre WW2 Nijmegen you can only pay by debit or by putting the group package on account. Sadly, we do not accept cash.
  • A refill of your coffee/tea at the museum costs only € 1.35. This is only possible if reserved in advance.
  • Should you wish to buy additional beverages on top of the package deal, please ask the restaurant’s staff and settle the check at their location.
  • Unfortunately we cannot comply with any dietary wishes concerning allergies etc.
  • No discount on discount possible.
  • If you do not have your own bus transportation for a Battlefield Tour, we can arrange that for you. Check below for the different rates.
  • If a group day package or lunch isn’t cancelled at least one day in advance, the complete cost will be charged.
  • Reservations for the group day packages need to be made at least one week in advance. The definitive size of the group needs to be indicated at least 3 days in advance.
  • Reservations for group day package 1 and 2 need to be made at least two weeks in advance. The definitive size of the group needs also to be indicated at least two weeks in advance.
  • Price changes are under reserve.

Rates are based on 1.5 hours regardless which day. Extra hours: € 57,- per hour.
